The paper "Graphene Plasmonics: A Platform for Strong Light-Matter Interactions",  a publication originating from one of the Seed projects in the Nanophotonics for Energy Efficiency Network of Excellence is the most cited paper among the 977 papers published in 2011 in Nano Letters.
